Why Hire API Certified Appraisers?

The group of Real Estate Agents (API) is qualified to serve as judicial experts due to their training, experience, and recognition by the Administration, which makes Judicial Real Estate Appraisers ideal professionals for conducting real estate appraisals.

In this regard, the Civil Procedure Law establishes that judicial experts must hold the official title corresponding to the subject matter of the opinion, a requirement fulfilled by APIs, whose official title expressly empowers them to perform appraisals of real estate. The Decree 3.248/69 of December 4th states that among the duties of a Real Estate Agent is to “provide consultations and opinions on the Market Value of real estate.”

Their deep market knowledge, gained from the daily involvement of Judicial Real Estate Appraisers in all types of real estate transactions and their ongoing collaboration with the Administration, courts, and other public bodies, makes the API a highly qualified professional for preparing valuation reports. In addition to the qualifications provided by their daily professional activities, APIs also benefit from training offered by their Association and the Council in this field.

As Judicial Real Estate Appraisers, at our firm, we perform numerous appraisals to determine the value of real estate that our clients need to liquidate, whether it be for the liquidation of joint assets in a Divorce proceeding, the liquidation of an estate from an Inheritance, or simply for clients who wish to know the accurate Value of their Real Estate.
